Business Challenge

One RevOps lead across twelve clients. Each client with its own paid media stack, reporting cadence, and performance expectations. The operational risk: one failure becomes twelve because the systems holding this portfolio together were manual, inconsistent, and fragile.

What I Built

  • Standardized QA protocols and cross-client reporting infrastructure

  • Vertical-specific dashboards for each client category

  • Workflow systems that reduced reporting cycle time by 43–50%

  • Cross-functional execution model across a 15-person team (9 internal, 4-6 external vendor partners) with accountability built into the process

The Outcome

Consistent performance delivery across 12 clients without operational failures attributed to infrastructure gaps. The systems made it possible to scale attention across the portfolio instead of spreading thin across fragmented processes.
