Business Challenge
Growth had stalled for over 3 months and revenue was softer than the year prior. The team was running paid media but the funnel between campaign and closed business had no operational coherence. Marketing was producing volume, sales was underperforming, and nobody had mapped why.
What I Built
Cross-functional GTM diagnostic—identifying the breakdown points between ad campaign performance and sales conversion
Rebuilt paid media architecture across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display), restructured targeting
Reporting layer that made the handoff between marketing and sales visible for the first time
The Outcome
32% revenue growth within 90 days of launch. The fix wasn't more ad spend—it was clarity on where the funnel was leaking and what had to change operationally to stop it. Not only did I reverse a declining revenue trend, the rebuild also gave the business a revenue lift than it was seeing prior.
